Our Story and Expertise
We started in 2011 because basements in Kalamazoo need real solutions. Too many homeowners were patching leaks with band-aids or ignoring foundation problems until they became expensive disasters. We built this company on the idea that waterproofing and foundation repair should be done once, done right, and backed by people who stand behind their work. Over more than a decade, we've developed deep expertise in everything from interior drain tile systems to exterior waterproofing to foundation crack repair.
We've worked on hundreds of Kalamazoo basements. We understand how our local water table behaves, where drainage problems hide, and which solutions actually hold up over time. We're members of the Basement Health Association because we take our craft seriously and stay current with best practices. Whether it's a damp wall, a bowing foundation, or a sump pump that needs upgrading, we've seen it and fixed it.
